Stuart D. Holtzman, MAI is the Managing Director and lead appraiser in Holtzman Appraisal & Consulting Services, Inc.
With over 35 years experience in the private and public sectors, working for individuals, attorneys, CPAs, developers, lending intuitions and various government agencies; having completed hundreds of special purpose property appraisals, gift appraisals (fee simple and conservation easements), and litigation support, such as a wide variety of diminution in value assignments; providing expert witness testimony; and, consulting on a wide range of issues; Mr. Holtzman’s experience is sufficiently broad to help his clients navigate a variety of complex real estate transactions.
Holtzman Appraisal & Consulting Services, Inc., with a staff of professionals, serves all of Virginia, including Richmond, Charlottesville, Hampton Roads, Williamsburg, Rural Counties, the Northern Neck, and the Washington D.C. suburbs in Northern Virginia, as well as much of Maryland and North Carolina. Mr. Holtzman is available for nationwide assignments, as well, having appraised in over half the states nationwide.
